Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or better in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related area; a combination of education and technical experience is also acceptable.
  • 5+ years of project management experience focused on technology consulting or professional services.
  • Working knowledge and experience with Salesforce or MuleSoft platforms and products; Salesforce certification is highly desired.
  • Experience driving operations and project management through the development and implementation of processes and procedures.
  • Experience working with stakeholders and end users to understand business problems and identify solutions.
  • Understanding of SDLC methodologies and a discover, design, execute, and deploy project structure.
  • Experience leading projects from start to completion and managing multiple projects in various stages.
  • Experience with agile approaches to project management.
  • Ability to develop delivery strategies, build relationships, and execute service delivery from start to finish.
  • Ability to work remotely from home in a United States-based location.
  • Ability to work with global clients across multiple time zones and flexibility for occasional travel to client sites and Studio Science headquarters in Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, budget, scope, and timeline reports, and issue and risk logs.
  • Develop project strategies and plans with project and delivery leaders, and identify the methods and tools required.
  • Forecast project resources and communicate resourcing needs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project budgets and resolve variances with clients and project teams.
  • Manage day-to-day project and team operations to meet deliverables and complete projects.
  • Implement effective project management processes and follow internal processes and status-reporting procedures.
  • Coordinate responses to requests that vary from original specifications to manage scope creep.
  • Ensure deliverable quality through planning, execution, quality assurance, and quality control.
  • Coach and mentor teams in agile best practices when appropriate.
  • Manage client relationships and expectations, and identify growth opportunities within projects and client organizations.
