Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for e-commerce/DTC brands.
- Exceptional expertise in Figma.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Asana, and Slack.
- Proactive leadership and ability to take initiative and defend design choices.
- Professional fluency in English, including written, reading, and speaking skills.
- Project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work US Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, eight hours per day.
- Previous experience working the graveyard shift.
- Permanent access to a computer with reliable, high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Manage UI/UX design projects from concept to execution, meeting project objectives and deadlines.
- Use user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes that communicate user interactions and product functionality.
- Iterate on designs using feedback, user testing results, and stakeholder input.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and clients on website and landing page designs.
- Present designs to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI patterns.
