Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 8+ years’ experience in design, with a strong background in AI and machine learning.
- Solid understanding of AI and machine learning capabilities.
- Proficiency with collaborative whiteboarding tools such as LucidSpark, Miro, Invision Freehand, Figma Jam, or similar.
- Proficiency with high-fidelity wireframing tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts to audiences with varying levels of understanding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance the needs of users, clients, and the development team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements-gathering and design workshops to align stakeholders and define a future vision.
- Lead product discovery by understanding stakeholder needs, business and user applications, and validating hypotheses.
- Study user behavior and prioritize challenges and opportunities.
- Propose workflows that use AI components to enhance the user experience.
- Create storyboards, low-fidelity wireframes, and user journey maps to capture customer vision and define user flows.
- Translate complex AI-driven functionality into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
- Explain design decisions and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
