Job Details

Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in Civil 3D design, focusing on utility infrastructure.
Required Skills: Microsoft Office Suite

Have 10+ years of relevant Civil 3D design experience focused on utility infrastructure.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Civil 3D.
Have experience with Bluebeam Revu.
Have experience with Adobe products.
Have experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Have strong familiarity with civil engineering design criteria, codes, and standards.
Be willing to adapt to innovative technologies.
Autodesk Certification is a plus.
Land development experience is advantageous.

Lead the creation of construction drawings for utility infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment plants.
Use Civil 3D for surface modeling, utility alignments, profiles, and site grading design.
Develop plan and profile drawings and work with project engineers to translate technical concepts into buildable contract documents.
Perform self-checks and peer reviews, address redlines, incorporate revisions, and track document revisions.
Maintain consistent graphical presentation and technical documentation in line with CADD standards and project specifications.
Prepare documentation and design packages to support permitting processes.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and interdisciplinary teams in developing and refining design concepts.
Improve CADD workflows, tools, templates, and procedures, and apply new design techniques where applicable.
Serve as the primary CADD resource for assigned projects and guide junior team members through mentorship and technical training.
