Requirements
- Be a recent graduate or early-career professional in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Have up to 2 years of design or production experience.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CC Libraries.
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Understand corporate branding, layout principles, typography, and color theory across print and digital platforms.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Show strong attention to detail and precision in repetitive design production work.
- Be able to take direction, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrate organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple design requests.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute and format corporate marketing materials in line with established brand guidelines.
- Produce print and digital assets, including brochures, presentations, flyers, proposals, eblasts, and client-facing materials.
- Support graphic design and marketing studio teams with high-volume production work while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Create business development materials, RFPs, and property marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with marketing leadership to handle graphics requests on time and in alignment with brand standards.
- Manage multiple projects while adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Prepare, organize, and optimize design files for print and digital delivery.
- Apply feedback and revisions to maintain quality across deliverables.
- Support internal communications, events, and promotional campaigns.
