Requirements
- Have 2+ years of relevant industry experience, such as as a data/ML scientist, tech lead, or junior faculty member.
- Hold a Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field.
- Have state-of-the-art knowledge of AI/ML models.
- Be fluent in Python/R and SQL.
- Causal inference skill is a plus.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with audiences at varying technical levels.
- Translate complex findings into compelling narratives.
- Bring project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Apply a product-oriented mindset and user-experience considerations to develop and implement solutions.
Responsibilities
- Automate LLM evaluation processes using advanced techniques.
- Scale curation of high-quality synthetic datasets across Community Support domains for training and evaluating LLMs.
- Build LLM/ML models to understand customer issues from diverse datasets and identify failure modes and opportunities for improvement.
- Build personalization models to offer differentiated experiences and maximize business impact.
- Identify business opportunities through data exploration and model prototyping, and translate business problems into scientific formulations.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data and develop actionable proposals.
- Build and deploy production LLM/ML models for data-driven products.
- Collaborate with partners across Product, Design, Engineering, Operations, and Analytics.
- Communicate findings to leaders and stakeholders to inform decisions.
