Job Details

Have hands-on experience with the required marketing and hospitality tools, including WordPress, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, and Canva.
Demonstrate strong reading, writing, and speaking skills for daily coordination, meetings, and professional outreach.
Be highly organized and able to take ownership of marketing project management.
Maintain professionalism when coordinating work and communicating with clients.
Have a USB headset with noise cancellation and a working webcam.
Have a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
Have a main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps via cable and backup internet of at least 10 Mbps.
Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or hotels is a plus.

Track campaign deadlines, coordinate requests between ownership and creative teams, attend check-ins and property meetings, and follow up on outstanding projects.
Update WordPress and Wix sites, online menus, and business hours; upload media and review SEO checklists.
Schedule social media content, upload posts and reels, organize content libraries, coordinate photo and video shoots, and pull monthly analytics.
Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns, maintain customer databases, and create performance reports.
Create and manage Meta Ads, monitor Google Ads, track budgets, and prepare monthly ad reports.
Research and contact local media and influencers, coordinate visits, maintain databases, and track media placements.
Monitor online reviews, draft responses for approval, track review scores, and manage staff contests.
Make simple graphic updates in Canva for menus, event decks, and sales materials.
Compile monthly marketing reports across channels, create tracking links, and use ChatGPT or Claude to generate executive summaries.
