Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Experience in customer service, sales follow-up, lead management, relationship management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong follow-through and ability to act with appropriate urgency.
  • Comfort learning new systems, following processes, and documenting workflows.
  • Availability to work during Central Time business hours.
  • CRM and sales pipeline management experience is advantageous.
  • Email marketing, customer segmentation, social media scheduling, or basic content creation experience is advantageous.
  • Canva or similar design-tool experience is advantageous.
  • Outbound sales, community outreach, or partnership development experience is advantageous.
  • Hospitality, events, family entertainment, party planning, or other consumer-facing business experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and return customer calls, emails, voicemails, and online inquiries.
  • Assist customers with questions about parties, group visits, memberships, admissions, schedules, policies, pricing, and availability.
  • Follow up with birthday inquiries, missed calls, abandoned bookings, and prospective customers.
  • Escalate complaints, exceptions, and concerns that require management attention.
  • Maintain CRM contacts, opportunities, pipeline stages, notes, next steps, and follow-up dates.
  • Nurture leads and conduct outreach to schools, community organizations, and other potential partners.
  • Track outreach activity and report pipeline progress and outstanding follow-up actions.
  • Manage approved email campaigns, audience segmentation, promotions, and basic campaign tracking.
  • Maintain the content calendar, schedule approved social media posts, and assist with basic graphics and promotional materials.
  • Support employee scheduling, recruiting coordination, onboarding administration, vendor communication, and recurring administrative processes.
