Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in franchising operations, franchisee coaching, business consulting, or a related field.
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to business problems.
- Evaluate performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage multiple priorities independently and stay highly organized.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintain confidentiality and stay composed under pressure.
- Be able to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Coach Regional Developers on staffing, financial management, workflow optimization, and revenue growth.
- Facilitate meetings to review KPIs, priorities, issues, and solutions.
- Identify operational challenges, develop data-driven action plans, and lead their execution.
- Conduct site audits and track KPIs to assess operational health and adherence to brand standards.
- Review financial statements, provide annual budget guidance, and help set revenue, profit, and operational goals.
- Develop and implement standardized KPIs, SOPs, and process improvements.
- Support local marketing plans and strengthen sales processes, including lead management and conversion strategies.
- Create training materials and deliver group and one-on-one training sessions.
- Conduct on-site visits and prepare reports on findings, KPI performance, and improvement recommendations.
