Requirements
- Have customer service experience.
- Have data entry experience.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail.
- Have basic computer knowledge.
- Demonstrate time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Construction or sales contract reviewing experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review sales contracts to ensure the correct products are included and sent out for ordering.
- Provide the Jacuzzi Sales team with feedback about incorrect measurements or pricing discrepancies on contracts.
- Call new customers to discuss their ordered products and schedule a tentative installation date.
- Assist with scheduling customer service and repair work and provide updates.
- Use ERP systems to make customer change orders.
- Review quality standards and customer satisfaction reviews in a timely fashion.
- Provide customer service to current and past clients.
- Assist customers throughout the sales and installation period.
