Requirements
- Demonstrate SEO and AEO expertise, including hands-on GEO work measuring and improving a brand's visibility in LLM-generated answers.
- Show strong technical SEO skills, including site architecture, structured data, and performance fundamentals.
- Bring B2B organic social experience, especially with LinkedIn, and be able to discuss growth and engagement results.
- Use web and social analytics fluently and be comfortable building reporting.
- Apply a daily and weekly metrics-tracking habit and an iterative test-and-learn approach.
- Collaborate with partners in content, product marketing, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Own technical SEO and AEO across the site, including architecture, structured data, and content optimization for search engines and AI answer engines.
- Set keyword and topic strategy in support of campaign and product priorities.
- Apply an AEO lens to content published by the organization.
- Run quarterly measurement of buyer questions across major AI assistants, report changes, and diagnose causes.
- Execute technical and content work to improve Agility's representation in AI-generated answers.
- Own organic social channels, including monitoring, strategy, calendars, posting, community engagement, and analytics.
- Align the social calendar with demand generation campaigns and flagship research launches, and track follower and engagement growth.
- Evaluate whether Bulldog Reporter needs a separate social program and run it if warranted.
- Use content and knowledge gaps surfaced by the conversational AI pilot to define missing content and partner with product marketing or content colleagues to produce it.
- Track the resulting lift in time on site, form fills, and organic MQLs.
