Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a frontline sales leadership or management role.
- Bring experience managing mid-market sales motions with measurable impact on new-logo acquisition and ARR growth.
- Have a record of leading Account Executive teams to exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
- Have experience hiring, onboarding, and developing sales talent.
- Have experience working with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Understand the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing.
- Be proficient with CRM systems such as Salesforce, forecasting tools, and sales analytics.
- Be able to analyze team performance metrics and use insights to develop strategies.
- Be able to navigate complex deals and align multiple stakeholders.
- Be willing to travel up to 25%, primarily for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites.
Responsibilities
- Lead Corporate Account Executives and oversee recruiting, interviewing, coaching, and mentoring.
- Join client meetings, lead key conversations, and coordinate internal resources to remove obstacles.
- Review pipeline and forecast performance, discuss strategy, and deliver sales and product training in regular team meetings.
- Coach early-career Account Executives on prospecting, pipeline generation, sales calls, deal navigation, and closing.
- Maintain feedback loops between Sales and Engineering, Marketing, Post-Sales, and Support.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships on sales strategies and operational processes.
- Collaborate with Customer Success on handoffs between pre-sales and post-sales.
- Identify product and technology gaps through customer interactions and share insights with Product and Leadership.
- Report on team performance, metrics, customer insights, challenges, and sales forecasts.
- Travel up to 25%, primarily for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites.
