Requirements
- Bring 5–9 years of project or program management consulting experience.
- Have applicable experience implementing enterprise marketing technology, such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, or Oracle.
- Have 2–5 years of experience with Braze or comparable platforms.
- Have client-facing experience within an agency or consultancy.
- Demonstrate experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Be proficient in multiple project management tools, such as ClickUp, MS Project, Smartsheet, and Jira.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methods, tailoring the approach to each project.
- Manage forecasting, variance analysis, EAC, and burn tracking.
- Own RAID processes, change control, requirements traceability, and project documentation.
- Use project governance practices such as stage gates, compliance checklists, audit logs, and PMO standards.
- Manage time to meet billable targets of 36+ hours per week and travel up to 20%.
- PM certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or Scrum Master are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, and dependencies; manage critical paths and scenario planning.
- Own budgets and forecasts, track burn, perform variance analysis, and support SOW and change management.
- Lead risk mitigation and issue resolution, documenting risks, impacts, and mitigation or contingency plans.
- Manage change control and write change requests explaining scope, cost, and timeline impacts.
- Select and tailor the delivery methodology to project context, client maturity, and team capability.
- Design project dashboards and automated reporting, and produce executive updates.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and vendor delivery, and enforce project-level governance.
- Prepare executive summaries, decision memos, steering committee decks, and delivery plans.
- Mentor Project Managers and provide feedback to improve delivery standards.
