Requirements
- Have 7 to 9+ years of progressive experience in instructional design, learning experience design, talent development, or a related field.
- Demonstrate success conducting needs analyses and building practical, application-focused learning solutions for diverse audiences.
- Have experience designing assessments, reinforcement strategies, and evaluation approaches tied to behavior change and business performance.
- Bring stakeholder management, project management, writing, visual design, and executive communication skills.
- Have advanced proficiency with Articulate, Canva, presentation tools, collaboration platforms, and content development technologies.
- Bring deep expertise working with Learning Management Systems.
- Have demonstrated experience adopting and applying AI tools to improve learning design and development.
- Be able to distinguish knowledge transfer from performance-based learning solutions.
- Have experience collaborating with subject matter experts and leading design and review processes.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose performance needs through stakeholder interviews, learner feedback, field insights, and business data.
- Design performance-based learning journeys with readiness activities, instruction, practice, coaching, reinforcement, and performance checkpoints.
- Create facilitator guides, participant materials, role-play scenarios, job aids, assessments, leader tools, and communications.
- Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to turn technical expertise into practical, learner-centered solutions.
- Develop assessment and measurement strategies for readiness, skill application, behavior adoption, and business impact.
- Support organizational readiness and change adoption with communications, reinforcement plans, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain learning templates, standards, governance processes, and resource libraries.
