Requirements

  • Experience in instructional design, training, content development, communications, enablement, or a related field.
  • General understanding of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies.
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills for creating and facilitating clear, engaging, accessible learning experiences.
  • Strong research, critical thinking, and organizational abilities, including the capacity to learn new subject matter quickly and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with an LMS, Canva, PowerPoint, or comparable tools used to create visual and learning materials.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Technical adaptability and willingness to learn new systems, platforms, tools, and technologies.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, clarity, consistency, and quality.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 10 pounds.
  • Background in health, wellness, dietary supplements, Customer Experience, or another regulated industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design courses, learning paths, microlearning, workshops, instructor-led training, assessments, job aids, and reference materials.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to establish learning objectives, requirements, content priorities, and outcomes.
  • Research complex topics and turn information into clear, accurate, practical learning content.
  • Deliver and facilitate training programs, workshops, and interactive sessions in live virtual and blended formats.
  • Support onboarding and recurring training programs, including seasonal Customer Experience onboarding.
  • Identify knowledge and performance gaps and recommend learning solutions.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback, assessments, engagement data, and other measures.
  • Manage learning projects from development through launch and maintain content and learning paths within the LMS.
  • Support basic LMS administration, learner troubleshooting, and ongoing learning technology needs.
