Requirements
- Have fluency in written and spoken English.
- Have 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or account management role.
- Bring business savvy and consultative, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.
- Have strong knowledge of the media/digital landscape.
- Know Loop Marketing, AEO, and LLM, or be able to learn them quickly and independently.
- Have strong negotiation skills and be comfortable navigating financial conversations and cancellations.
- Be able to build and maintain relationships, manage expectations, and identify issues requiring escalation.
- Be a motivated self-starter with examples of achieving results while balancing demanding expectations.
- Be organized, a quick learner, and able to work well under pressure.
- Support ongoing partner relationships to maximize acquisition, retention, and upsell rates.
Responsibilities
- Manage 150–180 customer relationships, including new customers and customers who have used HubSpot for several years.
- Understand customer goals and align them with resources to help customers achieve them.
- Partner with internal teams on onboarding, upsell and cross-sell, and renewals.
- Help customers adopt HubSpot's platform and use its software effectively.
- Hold 4–5 scheduled customer deep-dive meetings per day to review progress and make strategic and tactical recommendations.
- Respond to customer questions, including questions about invoices and how to use the software.
- Identify, scope, and qualify opportunities for customers to use additional HubSpot products and services.
- Understand technical roadblocks and recommend solution implementations and core integrations.
