Requirements

  • Bring 5–8 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solution Delivery, consulting, or a related customer-facing role within enterprise SaaS, cloud, or data-focused environments.
  • Demonstrate success managing complex enterprise customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion.
  • Have experience working with customers across multiple EMEA countries and understand the region’s diverse business and regulatory environments.
  • Have working knowledge of modern data ecosystems and cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Starburst, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Be familiar with data governance, data privacy, security, access control, GDPR, and data residency concepts.
  • Be able to develop success plans, interpret customer health and usage signals, manage risk, and connect product adoption to measurable business value.
  • Be able to coordinate multiple complex customer initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Have written, verbal, and presentation skills for engaging technical audiences, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
  • Work effectively across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and technical delivery teams in a distributed environment.
  • Have professional fluency in English; additional European languages such as German, French, or Spanish are an advantage.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior customer stakeholders to define desired outcomes, establish success measures, and build adoption roadmaps.
  • Lead onboarding, deployment, and integration programs across modern data platforms and cloud environments.
  • Manage enterprise customer relationships across EMEA through adoption, value realization, renewal planning, and expansion.
  • Monitor account health, usage, risks, and customer progress; create mitigation plans and maintain renewal forecasts.
  • Conduct business reviews, executive sessions, workshops, and enablement programs.
  • Advise customers on data governance, access control, privacy, security, GDPR, and data residency considerations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and technical delivery teams to resolve blockers and align customer needs with the product roadmap.
  • Capture customer feedback, implementation patterns, and market insights to inform product improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for additional use cases, advocacy, and expansion.
  • Contribute to regional customer success playbooks, best practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
