Have 6+ years of experience managing international payroll processing, with working experience in accounting.
Have experience processing equity transactions.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance or another relevant field.
Have experience with Workday and external payroll providers.
Demonstrate high attention to detail.
Be able to meet tight deadlines and prioritize competing workloads.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills while keeping customer experience in mind.
Bring a customer-service focus and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
Have a strong interest in payroll process improvement and reengineering.
Have a deep understanding of EMEA labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory filings.
Have advanced Excel skills for complex data reconciliation and reporting.

Oversee payroll processing and management for assigned payrolls.
Manage ad hoc payroll and benefits projects for international entities.
Support international payroll processing across multiple countries after training.
Coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure pay-impacting transactions are collected, processed, and reported accurately and on time.
Assist Accounting with payroll journal and accrual preparation and payroll general ledger reconciliations.
Respond to payroll queries from employees in Colombia, Brazil, and other assigned payrolls.
Identify and improve payroll processes and documentation.
Support payroll onboarding, employee inquiries, and annual tax reporting.
Oversee tax reviewer and payroll auditor requests, payroll inquiries, and applicable annual income tax filings.
