  • Hold a college or university degree.
  • Have a Project Management Professional certification.
  • Have 6+ years of external client-facing technical project management experience with large financial services clients.
  • Have 6+ years of experience working for a SaaS-based software solutions company.
  • Demonstrate experience managing large clients and tightly managing scope within large, complex projects.
  • Have experience with pre-sales support and business process consulting.
  • Be able to foster project-team motivation and collaboration to meet client expectations.
  • Be able to explain solution business value and impact to client stakeholders.
  • Preferred: experience delivering or managing Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions or Managed Services software solutions.
  • Preferred: experience in a large retail banking or insurance environment.
  • Preferred: additional certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster, Agile Certified Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma, or ITIL.
  • Preferred: advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience with AWS, Linear, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Document, plan, manage, and implement Hosted Managed Services platforms within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Support projects from the initial sales cycle through business process analysis, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation.
  • Define and manage project scope using Statements of Work, business requirements, and change requests; assess the impact and cost of changes.
  • Develop integrated project plans for critical-path activities, including short- and long-term plans and contingencies.
  • Coordinate internal teams, product leaders, client stakeholders, and resources, and manage expectations and accountability.
  • Identify, analyze, and respond to project risks.
  • Define use cases, test cases, and success metrics; track customer acceptance testing, punch-list resolution, change management, and final client approval.
  • Create reports, presentations, diagrams, and documentation about project activity, processes, and resource allocation.
