Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management.
- Have hands-on experience managing programs in infrastructure and/or data center environments.
- Demonstrate the ability to drive complex projects across multiple engineering teams and organizations.
- Have a strong technical understanding of infrastructure, hardware, compute, capacity, or related systems.
- Have experience working directly with engineering stakeholders in fast-paced technical environments.
- Be able to drive programs independently with limited direction and manage technical escalations and competing priorities.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Have English proficiency.
- Public cloud experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
- PMI or PMP certification is preferred; SQL or other technical tools, infrastructure support systems, and documentation experience are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive complex technical programs across engineering, infrastructure, data center, hardware, and capacity teams.
- Coordinate cross-organizational projects involving multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
- Provide frontline support for engineering escalations related to infrastructure and capacity.
- Partner with engineering teams to identify blockers, resolve conflicts, and keep critical initiatives progressing.
- Support hardware capacity planning and infrastructure efficiency initiatives.
- Coordinate supply chain activities between hardware programs and infrastructure partners.
- Review project plans, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements to support successful execution.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and self-service resources.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate support processes and internal tooling.
- Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions across technical stakeholders.
