Job Details

Previous experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud is required.
Have deep knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform.
Have experience working with departments and teams to build dashboards and reports.
Have experience working with programmers to determine when to use declarative versus programmatic solutions.
Have basic knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce Metadata.
Have experience using a repository to track declarative changes.
Be familiar with Salesforce CLI, Scratch Orgs, Einstein Activity Metrics, and Ant for Metadata deployments.
Be familiar with Salesforce integrations and setting up connected applications.
Understand Salesforce deployment processes and environment management.
Have experience with Sandboxes, Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and Gearset.
Have a high-level understanding of Apex and Visualforce.
Have experience with Flows and Process Builder.
Have experience with Salesforce Lightning, especially Lightning Console.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ is highly desired.
Manufacturing or industrial business-market experience is a bonus.

Groom and maintain the CRM product backlog with stakeholders.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports.
Use declarative Salesforce functionality to build out the CRM.
Manage Salesforce sandboxes for testing, updates, and experiments with connected applications.
Work with programmatic developers and product owners as part of an Agile Scrum team.
Investigate Salesforce and connected-application data quality issues.
Partner with other teams to provide strategic insights and apply data consistencies across the organization.
Build account hierarchies.
Train employees to use Salesforce and create CRM best practices.
Maintain ownership of a Salesforce-driven organization.
