Requirements
- Bring 10-15+ years of B2B SaaS experience, including 8+ years leading Enterprise sales teams in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
- Demonstrate a record of driving team quota attainment and accurately forecasting revenue through long, complex sales cycles.
- Apply deep MEDDPICC expertise to inspect deals, manage risk, and improve win rates.
- Lead Enterprise sales motions involving large buying groups and complex deal progression.
- Use pipeline and performance metrics to manage the business, identify gaps and opportunities, and maintain forecast accuracy.
- Hire strong sales talent and ramp new hires to meet pipeline generation metrics and revenue targets.
- Bring experience managing global accounts and large buying groups.
- Apply strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise adoption.
- Have proficiency with macOS and comfort working remotely with Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
- Experience in cybersecurity, identity, analytics, or infrastructure SaaS is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive team revenue and performance, including quota attainment, pipeline generation, meeting volume, and deal execution.
- Support the globally distributed team’s pipeline generation through team PG days, outbound cadences, and marketing-driven ABM programs.
- Own and manage a strategic book of high-value Enterprise accounts.
- Lead account planning and deal reviews to improve engagement and advance pipeline.
- Manage quarterly forecasts and hold the team accountable for forecast accuracy and pipeline coverage.
- Lead complex deal negotiations with technical stakeholders, procurement, and legal teams.
- Use MEDDPICC to de-risk deals, improve win rates, and strengthen forecasting.
- Build executive relationships and act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive adoption and retention.
- Review pipeline metrics, opportunity aging, and deal qualification data; present business cases and ROI models, and participate in industry events and conferences.
