Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building AI or automation tools; share a real example of something built or automated.
- Comfortable reading and writing APIs.
- Light Python skills.
- English B2+ for technical documentation, APIs, and AI tooling.
- Available 20–30 hours per week initially and open to growing into full-time.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity in a new role.
- Prior recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting operations exposure is a plus.
- Experience with Team Tailor, Greenhouse, or a similar ATS is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build sourcing and screening agents for client engagements, internal hires, and proactive market mapping.
- Integrate Team Tailor, Juicebox / PeopleGPT, Clay, Apollo, and the internal knowledge base into reusable workflows.
- Create prompt libraries and evaluation frameworks from Talent Partners’ knowledge, with clear human checkpoints.
- Build real-time recruiting funnel dashboards by role and recruiter.
- Automate data collection across Team Tailor, LinkedIn, Slack, and Gmail.
- Prototype, benchmark, and ship improvements weekly.
- Document what works and what does not.
