Requirements
- Have experience as a pre-sales professional with a successful track record helping large enterprises become more data-driven.
- Be proficient in establishing virtual teams and leading them to success within an account.
- Have experience working with very large accounts (greater than $1 million ARR), including global accounts.
- Be able to form relationships with executives and influencers.
- Be able to present a convincing point of view to decision-makers.
- Have technical knowledge of big data, data science, and cloud.
- Have experience or ability in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data.
- Have programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Be able to travel up to 35% when needed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main technical voice for multiple clients.
- Lead customers through evaluating and adopting Databricks as part of their strategy.
- Define and direct technical strategy for large enterprise accounts in partnership with the Enterprise Account Executive.
- Implement the technical strategy in the account.
- Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
- Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
- Provide structured mentorship for other team members.
