Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in data architecture and migration, focused on revenue operations and Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Have deep knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, specifically Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
- Have experience migrating product catalogs, including bundles, rules, and attributes.
- Have experience migrating quotes, quote line items, contracts, and subscriptions.
- Have experience migrating billing transactions, credit memos, payments, and amendments.
- Be proficient in SQL, including joins, CTEs, window functions, and transformations.
- Have experience with tools such as DBAmp, Dataloader, and Pentaho.
- Have hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external ERP and billing platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Zuora, or Intacct.
- Hold Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Platform Developer II certifications.
- Preferred: Hold Salesforce Admin, App Builder, or Platform Developer I certifications.
- Preferred: Have familiarity with revenue recognition rules and compliance considerations.
- Preferred: Have experience with Agile tools including Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and LucidChart.
- Preferred: Have experience with complex orgs involving multi-currency, multi-language, and multi-entity setups.
Responsibilities
- Lead data strategy for migrating products, price books, quotes, quote line items, contracts, subscriptions, amendments, and invoice records.
- Develop migration blueprints for Salesforce CPQ and Billing data models, including multi-currency, multi-org, and tax configuration considerations.
- Define end-to-end data architecture, field mappings, and transformation logic across legacy ERP, CPQ tools, billing systems, and Salesforce.
- Design reusable migration frameworks for ongoing delta or phased data loads across environments.
- Build and execute SQL-based data extraction and transformation scripts using Microsoft SQL Server, DBAmp, or equivalent tools.
- Run iterative test loads in sandbox and production environments and reconcile data with legacy systems.
- Validate bundle integrity, pricing calculations, and downstream effects on revenue recognition and reporting.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions and workshops, and provide migration updates, issue logs, and cutover plans to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Solution Architects, RevOps leaders, developers, and QA teams to maintain data integrity across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
