Requirements
- Have at least 4 years of experience working on the growth of online or SaaS products.
- Know and be able to work with product metrics such as retention, conversion, LTV, and ARPU.
- Have experience analyzing data and drawing conclusions using tools such as Excel/Sheets, SQL, Looker, Power BI, or another tool.
- Be able to translate data into product recommendations.
- Online gaming or iGaming market knowledge is a plus, but is not required.
- Experience with virtual item economies, marketplaces, and online games with random mechanics and reward systems is an additional advantage.
- Ability to model economies and incentive mechanics, including drop rates, payouts, and simulations of changes' impact on margin, is an additional advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design and test solutions to improve conversion, retention, and monetization across onboarding, purchase journeys, promotions, and bonuses.
- Plan and run experiments from hypothesis formation through A/B testing and decisions about scaling or stopping.
- Analyze user data and behavior and translate findings into concrete product recommendations.
- Work with developers, UX/UI and graphic designers, the Product Owner, and marketing to support implementation and communication of new features.
- Create reports and present findings that support the product roadmap.
