Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
- 3-6 years of expertise developing and driving solution architecture for cloud-based B2B implementations.
- Track record designing and delivering system architecture, implementation, and deployment of successful solutions in a customer-facing role with large enterprises.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse global business and IT stakeholders across time zones.
- Ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including a solution-focused approach to communication and conflict resolution.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management across concurrent projects.
- Ability to stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies and share that knowledge with decision makers.
- Preferred: experience developing technical content for proposals and shortlist presentations.
- Preferred: working knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate, J2EE, and REST services.
- Preferred: experience in a fast-paced start-up environment and utility industry knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities
- Own solution design and development for utility customers, including requirements analysis, data integration, machine learning algorithm application, architecture, implementation, and customer-facing technical issue resolution.
- Map utility customer requirements to product features and identify necessary customizations.
- Provide technical guidance to Technical Program Managers and Delivery Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage select customer engagements using Customer Onboarding processes and tools.
- Define and own technical gates for projects to support technically sound, on-time launches without added cost.
- Review product performance, test cases, project plans, and risk mitigation from contract signing through launch.
- Coordinate communications between Product Management and implementation teams about issues and risks affecting new product launches.
- Improve technical implementation and product solutions using internal and external stakeholder feedback.
- Hold collaboration sessions with Solution Architects and train and mentor Technical Program Managers and Customer Onboarding team members.
