Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise and mid-market accounts with measurable retention and renewal results.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders, including executive sponsors, and building account roadmaps.
  • Experience leading renewal conversations.
  • Experience orchestrating cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to independently plan, prioritize, and manage a book of business with minimal oversight.
  • Marketing Technology experience is preferred.
  • Business Consulting experience is preferred.
  • Data management, data quality, or identity resolution experience is preferred.
  • Project Management experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data readiness, data quality, identity resolution, Customer Data Platforms, data governance for AI and machine-learning use cases, marketing campaign management, customer engagement, omnichannel marketing, or personalization is encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute strategic account plans with success criteria, stakeholder maps, and value milestones.
  • Lead regular Business Reviews that connect solution usage to business outcomes and surface expansion opportunities.
  • Advise customers on use cases, product capabilities, and industry best practices.
  • Own onboarding and drive adoption through health checks, success plans, and outcome reviews.
  • Coordinate Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product teams throughout the customer relationship.
  • Identify and progress expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales.
  • Own renewals, forecast accurately, surface churn risk, and protect the customer base.
  • Share customer feedback with Product and partner on feature prioritization.
  • Escalate customer risks and issues early and coordinate mitigation.
  • Develop working fluency in Redpoint solutions to advise on use-case design and data foundations for AI and personalization.
