Requirements

  • Have 5–7+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, Billing, or Shared Services.
  • Have 3–5+ years of supervisory or people management experience.
  • Demonstrate the ability to support team objectives and deliver results through others.
  • Bring strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable processes, including collections and dispute management.
  • Understand Accounts Receivable's role in the broader financial picture.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Be able to drive process optimization and automation initiatives.
  • Have working knowledge of SOX controls and policy compliance in a finance operations environment.
  • Have hands-on experience using Salesforce and NetSuite, or comparable CRM and ERP systems, to investigate customer, opportunity, contract, order, invoice, payment, credit, or account data.
  • Experience with AR and O2C automation platforms such as HighRadius, Growfin, or Tesorio is an additional qualification.
  • Experience with SAP or Oracle is an additional qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Own collections performance, including aging, past-due reduction, and dispute resolution, for enterprise account portfolios.
  • Coach and manage the performance and development of collections analysts and specialists.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to meet collections targets and align team strategies with broader OTC and enterprise goals.
  • Manage escalations and customer communication on complex accounts.
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, Customer Success, FinSys, and Treasury to resolve invoicing, contract, and payment issues.
  • Implement process improvements and automation across tools, workflows, and reporting.
  • Participate in reviews of OTC policies and SOX controls, and keep team practices compliant and up to date.
  • Represent OTC/Collections in cross-functional initiatives and hire, develop, and lead the team.
