Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5 years of directly relevant experience in HR or benefits operations.
- Experience with Workday and other HR systems, including absence management and employee support or ticketing platforms.
- Experience administering corporate health and wellness benefits and leave of absence programs.
- Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience using HRIS platforms to organize, analyze, and report workforce data.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Experience streamlining processes and improving HR operations.
- Project management and operational skills, including experience with global projects or cross-functional initiatives.
- Broad knowledge of HR disciplines, including organizational development, talent management, employee relations, staffing, and compensation and benefits.
- Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment while balancing employee service, compliance, and operational priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimize Workday and other HR information systems, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data integrity.
- Process employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, turnover, and other workforce metrics.
- Analyze HR data and translate findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Create and improve standard operating procedures and workflow documentation.
- Administer health and wellness programs, respond to employee questions, and reconcile benefits and carrier billing.
- Coordinate leave of absence programs, including FMLA and disability-related leaves.
- Prepare regulatory filings and information responses related to EEO-1, ADA, FMLA, Department of Labor audits, OSHA, and other requirements.
- Draft and update HR policies to reflect employment regulation changes, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Lead or contribute to global HR projects and operational initiatives.
