Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree.
  • Have 3-5 years of directly relevant experience in HR/Benefits Operations.
  • Have experience with Workday and other HR systems, including absence management software and ticketing tools.
  • Have experience supporting corporate health and wellness benefits and leave of absence programs.
  • Demonstrate project management and operations skills, including managing global projects and initiatives.
  • Be able to organize and analyze data and use HRIS systems for reporting.
  • Have broad knowledge of HR disciplines, including organizational development, talent management, employee relations, staffing, and compensation and benefits.
  • Understand federal, state, and local laws relating to HR.
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement and process-streamlining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration and optimization of Workday and other HRIS tools, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
  • Execute employee lifecycle transactions, including compensation adjustments, promotions, terminations, and onboarding.
  • Design and maintain real-time dashboards and report on turnover, headcount, and other organizational metrics.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and document workflows for HR operations.
  • Administer health and wellness programs and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Reconcile benefits and ensure timely, accurate carrier billing.
  • Coordinate and track leave programs, including FMLA and disability.
  • Assist with evaluating and rolling out employee perks.
  • Prepare and submit information for EEO-1, ADA, FMLA, and Department of Labor audits.
  • Draft or revise HR policies and maintain documentation for OSHA and other governmental reporting.
