Requirements
- Experience in marketing, go-to-market delivery, product marketing, sales enablement, project coordination, or a related commercial function.
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt communications for different audiences.
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and coordinate contributors who may not report directly to you.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, including collecting, validating, and interpreting routine data.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, content management, collaboration, or sales enablement platforms.
- Pardot and Seismic experience is an advantage.
- Understanding of customer and market needs and the ability to connect project activities to broader commercial objectives.
- Bilingual English/French Canadian communication skills are considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end go-to-market plans for product, feature, content, and commercial launches.
- Translate go-to-market strategies into project plans and maintain timelines, action logs, status updates, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Align owners, deliverables, priorities, and decision points with product management, sales, marketing, customer support, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate launch communications, updates, presentations, and supporting materials for internal teams and customers.
- Coordinate training materials, presentations, and resources through sales and customer support enablement platforms.
- Maintain internal content, tools, pages, and resources so information remains accurate, current, accessible, and easy to use.
- Improve go-to-market processes, documentation, tools, and adoption.
- Build and deploy marketing automation assets, including landing pages and email campaigns, when required.
- Support budget and cost tracking for assigned initiatives, identify variances, and escalate issues.
