Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience managing and growing key client accounts in an event, experiential, communications, or creative agency environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build trusted client relationships and identify account development and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Bring commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets, profitability, and contract negotiations.
  • Have stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and communicate with senior-level clients and internal teams.
  • Have experience guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization skills while managing multiple projects and changing priorities.
  • Use data, insights, and reporting to support client and commercial decisions.
  • Understand and manage P&L performance and collaborate effectively with Finance teams.
  • Remain calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused in ambiguous or high-pressure situations.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Grow strategic client accounts by strengthening partnerships and identifying opportunities for sustainable revenue growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Develop newly established North American accounts into long-term partnerships, building VP- and C-suite-level relationships.
  • Lead account planning, commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and strategic conversations.
  • Identify new business opportunities across North America in collaboration with global account directors.
  • Monitor account performance, financial results, budgets, and profitability using data and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations, quality standards, and business objectives.
  • Identify process improvements and use AI, automation, and technology where appropriate.
