Requirements
- Be proficient in both French and English.
- Have at least 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Have at least 1 year of experience handling a high volume of customer inquiries.
- Have a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree is an asset.
- Type at least 55 words per minute at corrected/net speed.
- Have strong written and verbal communication, grammar, and punctuation skills.
- Have basic computer skills and confidence using PC-based applications.
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and basic web applications.
- Be comfortable using smartphone and tablet applications.
- Be able to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and manage time effectively.
- Be able to identify recurring customer issues and communicate relevant trends.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and troubleshoot basic technical issues through inbound and outbound phone interactions.
- Support customers through digital channels when required.
- Help customers resolve product issues and identify appropriate next steps.
- Guide customers through installation, mobile application setup, product registration, and other how-to inquiries.
- Escalate complex cases or seek guidance from internal resources and subject matter experts.
- Communicate recurring issues, case drivers, and known problems to internal stakeholders.
- Build knowledge of mechanical and electronic consumer products, product components, and advanced troubleshooting scenarios.
- Maintain working knowledge of product catalogs, manuals, instructional materials, templates, and pricing documentation.
- Follow established processes and meet service-quality standards, goals, and KPIs.
