Requirements
- Be fluent in both English and French.
- Have a high school diploma.
- Have 2 years of previous customer experience.
- Have superb verbal communication skills and strong active-listening skills.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Suite applications and have strong keyboarding skills.
- Be able to work within time constraints, multitask, and handle multiple assignments during a shift.
- Be flexible and willing to move between rotational shifts.
- Have high-speed internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; satellite internet is not accepted.
- Have a private, distraction-free workspace near a router or modem and connect by Ethernet rather than Wi-Fi.
- Be able to download and use Google Authenticator and have iOS 11 or Android version 10 or newer.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls about application processing, card activation, account updates and inquiries, product information, and website support.
- Provide customer service through inbound, outbound, and offline servicing channels.
- Make outbound calls regarding general service inquiries.
- Stay current on product and program information and business initiatives to advise customers.
- Present recommended product offers and assess cardholder interest and eligibility.
- Read and update customer information while identifying cardholder needs.
- Analyze information from cardholders and process next steps according to policies and procedures.
- Resolve inquiries and complaints, following escalation procedures when necessary.
- Follow quality guidelines, PCI compliance requirements, the Code of Conduct, and Sensitive Consumer Information Standard.
