Have 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role, handling and resolving client inquiries.
Be fluent in French and English.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
Have strong data entry skills.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Provide an attached resume to be considered.
Be able to work assigned shifts during business hours, including statutory holidays and weekends.
Be able to work until 9:00pm Monday through Friday and until 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday.
Have high-speed internet with a minimum connection speed of 10.0Mbps and Downstream 3.0 Kbps; dial-up, satellite, and Wi-Fi internet are not supported.
Have a dedicated quiet workspace and proper home-office working conditions and required technology.

Handle inbound client calls and resolve inquiries across multiple channels.
Navigate multiple computer systems and customer service platforms to address account inquiries and complete assigned tasks.
Build working knowledge of Citi products and services to provide relevant client support.
Identify potential risks during client interactions and determine solutions that meet client needs while protecting the business.
Uphold compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and Citi policies in client interactions.
Deliver client service against defined metrics, with a focus on first-call resolution.
Resolve client disputes and retain relationships by following established guidelines and regulations.
