Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of aviation experience, including brokering, aircraft lending, or aircraft leasing origination.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing aviation financing transactions.
- Strong aviation industry network.
- Aircraft and aviation market knowledge.
- Ability to travel to customer and industry event locations.
Responsibilities
- Originate aviation finance opportunities through prospecting, referrals, industry networking, and direct calling.
- Build relationships with aircraft owners, operators, brokers, dealers, manufacturers, and other aviation stakeholders.
- Structure and close aircraft financing transactions with the bank’s aviation professionals.
- Work on loans, lines of credit, acquisition financing, and progress payments on new aircraft.
- Manage client relationships throughout the financing lifecycle and identify additional business opportunities.
- Partner with credit and leadership teams to present, structure, and close transactions.
- Monitor aviation market trends, aircraft values, and competitive dynamics.
