Requirements
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in AGI32.
- Have intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Have advanced knowledge of Office 365.
- Salesforce/CRM proficiency is preferred at an intermediate level.
- Familiarity with Revit is a bonus.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of AS1680.0 to AS1680.5.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of AS1158.3.1 and AS4282.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Green Star V1 and V1.3.
- Support others as required and work effectively with team members.
- Accomplish objectives within the given timeframe and complete administrative duties efficiently and promptly.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional, confident manner.
Responsibilities
- Review client briefs and document them accurately in internal systems.
- Develop design concepts and submissions for new clients and opportunities.
- Execute lighting designs in line with Design & Construct specifications, company protocols, and client deadlines.
- Manage and collaborate with junior designers and contractor teams, assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities.
- Assist in selecting appropriate lighting fixtures and guide team members through the design process.
- Review and approve completed designs, facilitate client-initiated design changes, and oversee peer reviews.
- Manage design deadlines and milestones and address questions or issues promptly.
- Assist with designing, developing, and testing new and existing products.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to internal team members and clients on design inquiries, quotes, and technical matters.
