Requirements
- Have 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with B2B enterprise SaaS applications.
- Demonstrate a track record of managing product features through the development lifecycle to successful launch.
- Have experience working in an agile software development environment.
- Communicate and collaborate across functions, and articulate clear product requirements.
- Bring an analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
- Be able to travel up to 15% for customer research and internal events.
- Clinical operations domain knowledge, such as eTMF, CTMS, SSU, or CDMS, is preferred.
- Experience in regulated industries, such as GCP or 21 CFR Part 11, is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Veeva Vault Platform is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute the end-to-end product lifecycle for features in the Vault Clinical Operations suite, from concept through release and iteration.
- Engage customers, domain experts, and internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and understand clinical workflows.
- Write feature specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Engineering, QA, and UX design teams.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer requests, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
- Educate Sales, Solution Consultants, Professional Services, and Support teams through documentation and product demos.
- Track usage metrics to evaluate feature performance and inform product decisions.
- Stay aligned with regulatory guidelines and industry updates affecting clinical trial management.
