Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity.
- At least 3 years focused on cloud security architecture, cloud infrastructure security, or cloud-native security engineering.
- Experience in presales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting within cybersecurity or cloud security.
- Hands-on experience designing and securing environments in one or more major cloud platforms.
- Experience presenting cloud security topics to customers, internal teams, or industry professional groups.
- Willingness to travel occasionally up to 20%.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CCSP, CISM, cloud-provider security certifications, CompTIA Security+, CySA+, SANS GIAC certifications, CEH, or ITIL Foundation or Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver cloud security product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to assess clients’ cloud security maturity.
- Translate cloud security concepts into business-relevant value propositions for technical and executive audiences.
- Design and present target-state cloud security architectures.
- Develop and maintain cloud security reference architectures, battle cards, technical briefs, and vendor evaluation frameworks.
- Evaluate cloud security vendors and recommend partner adoption, platform consolidation, or legacy solution retirement.
- Conduct internal enablement sessions for engineering and sales teams.
- Identify cloud security opportunities and collaborate with partner teams on service solutions.
- Track cloud security technologies, frameworks, regulations, and adversary tactics to inform architectural recommendations.
- Contribute to practice development, innovation initiatives, and service delivery standards.
