Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, corporate partnerships, nonprofit development, or a related role.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and ZoomInfo.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, and/or PowerPoint for decks and collateral.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging corporate partners at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, including managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Work 40 hours per week from 9 am – 5 pm in the employee's time zone, Monday – Friday; occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
- Some travel may be required for donor meetings and partnership events.
- Preferred: nonprofit development or fundraising experience, and knowledge of corporate partnerships, cause marketing, and major gift processes.
- Preferred: experience with data analysis, reporting, pipeline management, grant writing, proposal development, or foundation relations.
Responsibilities
- Research and qualify potential corporate partners based on partnership fit and capacity.
- Secure meetings with corporate Employee Resource Groups and coordinate exploratory and expansion meetings.
- Prepare briefing materials, talking points, proposals, presentations, and partnership collateral.
- Create impact reports, branded templates, graphics, and other partner-facing materials.
- Maintain donor, prospect, and partner information in HubSpot and execute outreach sequences using ZoomInfo and HubSpot.
- Generate pipeline, conversion, and fundraising performance reports, and track partnership interactions and proposals.
- Support a portfolio of 5-10 corporate partnership accounts, including stewardship, fulfillment, reporting, and recognition.
- Coordinate with Program, Marketing, Operations, and Finance on impact data, communications, gift processing, and partnership logistics.
- Prepare meeting agendas and notes, maintain development records, and support budget tracking, events, and fundraising campaigns.
