Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of sourcing experience specifically for senior sales and GTM talent.
- Have experience sourcing hard-to-find positions.
- Be experienced with sourcing tools, market research, and personalized outreach strategies.
- Be able to analyze sourcing metrics, conversion rates, and market data and use findings to refine strategies.
- Demonstrate persistence and a results-oriented approach to following up with passive leads and meeting outreach targets.
- Be able to quickly understand business roles across GTM, compliance, marketing, and operations.
- Demonstrate stakeholder management, including building trust, influencing hiring managers, and providing thoughtful pushback.
- Communicate market insight, candidate tradeoffs, and search progress clearly in writing and verbally.
- Work autonomously with sound judgment in ambiguous, specialized searches.
- Operate effectively in a remote environment with at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours.
Responsibilities
- Own sourcing for international roles across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other functions.
- Develop and implement sourcing initiatives tailored to GTM roles.
- Conduct targeted candidate outreach and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the talent team on search strategies and hiring objectives.
- Provide data-driven updates on sourcing progress and market trends.
- Analyze sourcing metrics and conversion data to refine outreach strategies.
- Rapidly learn role-specific terminology, skills, and team needs.
- Identify team members with relevant networks and coordinate sourcing jams to explore referrals.
