Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math.
- Have 6+ years of professional experience working with both React and Node.js.
- Have 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Have 3+ years of experience supporting teams or collaborating with subject matter experts.
- Be proficient in at least one coding area: backend, frontend, or DevOps.
- Bring strong technical expertise and understanding of industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead software engineering teams through feature development, technical troubleshooting, and product releases.
- Plan large tasks and delegate work to team members.
- Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and standards.
- Deliver complex, production-ready features to QA and identify potential risks in code.
- Maintain a high contribution rate to the codebase, address bugs, and open tickets for improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and help with hiring and training technical personnel.
- Oversee system updates, monitor system health, and ensure applications are up to date.
- Advocate for and enforce proper QA practices across projects.
- Communicate technical decisions and project risks to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
