Job Details

Have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in email development.
Have specific email development work experience.
Be proficient in email HTML and inline CSS.
Have experience with Braze.
Have experience using Salesforce.
Have perfect written and verbal English communication skills.
Maintain a stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps and backup internet.
Have a computer with at least 16 GB RAM and an Intel Core i5 or higher processor.
Have a working webcam, microphone, and audio.
Maintain an organized workstation.
Be able to work alone or with a team.
Previous agency experience is preferred but not required.

Set up clients' email clients for full usage.
Upload, segment, and periodically clean email lists.
Set up segmentation based on email-list engagement.
Build email flows using available and custom templates.
Set up newsletters, autoresponders, and other automated communications.
QA email proofs, including narrative, subject lines, terms and conditions, tracking links, and device and email-client compatibility.
Conduct email split-testing as needed.
Manage third-party integrations and use custom code.
Analyze and interpret email-client reports.
Troubleshoot HTML, identify and resolve coding issues, and create HTML with inline CSS when needed.
