Requirements
- Have 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Java (JDK), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Have experience with relational databases and web service development using REST and SOAP.
- Have experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines, middleware such as WebLogic, Apache, or Tomcat, and data integration or ETL layers.
- Have experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GovCloud equivalents.
- Have experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
- Have experience with defensive coding and secure development practices.
- Have experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain application components using Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Develop secure REST and SOAP web services.
- Build and support integrations with external DoD and federal systems.
- Support deployment and release activities in cloud-hosted environments.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and SMEs to refine user stories and acceptance criteria, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain integration flows and monitor environments to address performance, functionality, and data accuracy issues.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications, integration documentation, test scripts, execution results, and release records.
