- Have familiarity with a CRM and/or property management software.
- Bring sales ability and a closing mindset.
- Leasing or real estate experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the lead-to-lease process.
- Oversee showings, applications, leasing, and move-ins using G-Suite software, AppFolio, and Slack.
- Help roll out a virtual showing sales system for the leasing team.
- Earn commissions for new resident leases, new move-ins, and executed renewal leases.
- Provide service to prospective and current residents.
- Collaborate with the team to improve resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
