Requirements

  • Have 6–8+ years of UX design experience across enterprise or desktop software, web applications, mobile platforms, or comparable technologies.
  • Bring exceptional knowledge of user research methodologies, usability testing, and design thinking.
  • Demonstrate the ability to mentor and coach UX designers and elevate design quality.
  • Have experience working effectively with remote and distributed teams.
  • Understand software development practices and have experience working within a software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Have experience with HTML and CSS, including knowledge of accessibility practices.
  • Balance UX team mentorship, hands-on design execution, and contribution to product decisions.
  • Communicate design concepts visually and attend to detail.
  • Manage multiple initiatives through strong organization and prioritization.
  • Experience with Windows and Mac OS is a plus.
  • Experience designing for Android, iOS, Windows Mobile, or other mobile platforms is advantageous.
  • Experience in enterprise cybersecurity UX is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Claude Code, Claude Design, Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and Jira is beneficial.
  • Experience working with Agile development teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support UX vision, strategy, and roadmaps across product experiences.
  • Lead end-to-end design processes, including ideation, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and validation.
  • Partner with UX researchers to plan, conduct, and analyze usability studies.
  • Mentor and coach UX designers and guide product teams on design practices and standards.
  • Create interfaces, storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and interactive prototypes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops on product strategy, success measures, and ideation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to balance user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize experiences, reduce design debt, and establish scalable UX practices.
  • Lead adoption of AI-enhanced design practices and produce developer-ready outputs.
