Requirements
- Bring experience as a Senior Business Analyst supporting complex business processes, enterprise applications, eCommerce, ERP, or related technology environments.
- Have a strong understanding of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory processes.
- Understand order entry, pricing, promotions, credit, billing, invoicing, and cash application.
- Gather requirements directly from customers and business stakeholders and translate them into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage product or enhancement roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, complexity, risk, and delivery capacity.
- Have experience with Agile/Scrum teams, backlog management, sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Analyze current-state and future-state processes, identify gaps, and develop practical solutions.
- Work across ERP, eCommerce, WMS, reporting, and integration environments, with an understanding of data flows and downstream impacts.
- Translate complex business questions into technical and reporting requirements; experience with reporting, analytics, data definitions, and operational KPIs is preferred.
- Manage multiple initiatives, dependencies, priorities, and customer expectations while balancing business value, technical complexity, risk, and development capacity.
- Work independently in a remote or hybrid environment and meet minimal travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary business analysis contact for assigned enterprise customers.
- Intake, clarify, validate, and prioritize customer enhancement requests with Customer Success and Account Management.
- Build and maintain customer enhancement roadmaps and present prioritization recommendations to customer leadership.
- Evaluate requests based on business value, customer impact, complexity, risk, and delivery capacity.
- Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory functions.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for development and QA teams.
- Document current-state and future-state processes, identify gaps, and define improvements.
- Assess solution options, integrations, data, security, scalability, and downstream impacts across ERP and eCommerce platforms.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and maintain enhancement backlogs with Product and Development leadership.
- Define reporting and analytics requirements, maintain initiative documentation, and provide status updates to IT leadership.
