Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in BI, data, or analytics environments.
- Have strong SQL skills for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Have working experience with BI tools, including ETL and dashboarding tools.
- Understand ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Have experience with IBM DataStage, Oracle Database, or Azure Databricks.
- Have hands-on experience with Power BI and Qlik Sense.
- Have strong technical documentation skills, including design documents, ETL flows, and data models.
- Have strong analytical skills.
- Hold a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Have English communication skills at Advanced level.
- Visier data loading, semantic-layer modelling, security configuration, or platform administration experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Translate user requirements specifications into technical design documents covering ETL flows, data models, and business logic.
- Implement and maintain Visier solutions, including data ingestion, semantic layer configuration, and security and access setup.
- Define and document ETL processes in IBM DataStage.
- Define and document data structures in Oracle Database.
- Write SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Work with developers to clarify requirements and support implementation.
- Support QA and testing, including unit testing and UAT, with data validation and expected results.
- Review Power BI and Qlik Sense dashboards and reports for accuracy against requirements.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and end-to-end traceability.
