Requirements
- Have commercial experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Understand software development and IT systems.
- Have experience working with SQL and relational databases.
- Be able to analyse integrations, data flows and existing applications.
- Have experience in complex or regulated project environments; this is an advantage.
- Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have good English and Polish communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business and system requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Analyse existing applications, processes, data and integrations.
- Work closely with developers, testers and business stakeholders.
- Prepare documentation, diagrams and system specifications.
- Use SQL to analyse data when required.
- Support development teams throughout implementation.
- Help identify dependencies, risks and potential issues.
